Redefine the Identity, Attract Tech Talent
Avaxia Group, headquartered in Dubai, wanted to establish a strong online presence for its Tokyo office, Avaxia Asia, to attract local IT talent. They were unsure how to express what made them a genuinely exciting place to work. It was essential to articulate their unique advantage as a workplace while translating their values and passion for innovation with cutting-edge technology into compelling visual narratives.
In the wireframing phase, I started by researching the target audience, analysing competitors, conducting interviews, and proposing hypothetical solutions to help discover what made Avaxia Asia truly unique. As the primary targets, IT engineers, tend to value efficiency and simplicity, I prioritised a structure that made key information easy to find and navigate.
The user interface design adopted sharper and more structured forms to reflect the company’s focused, fast-paced approach to innovation. The brand’s core colours were applied with intention: a deep blue served as the base, while vibrant orange accentuated key actions, guiding users toward conversion.
This project has been particularly successful in recruiting. Since the website launched, the responses to LinkedIn scout messages have increased more than fourfold, culminating in the hiring of IT talent.
